Hiring Alert - Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for both individual sales roles and bulk hiring projects.
• Employer Branding: Promote Casagrand Builder as an employer of choice by representing the company at job fairs, campus drives, and other talent outreach events.
• Data-Driven Approach: Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sales recruitment and bulk hiring in the real estate sector.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate industry and sales functions.
• Recruitment Expertise: Proficiency in candidate sourcing, interview techniques, and assessment methods.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
