Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field work, direct sales, and B2C sales activities.
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
  
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance metrics such as number of deals closed, revenue generated, etc.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of local market trends and competitor activity.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
  
• 3-8 years of experience in field sales or related role (direct sales, field work).
