Job Description

  • Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential clients and decision-makers within targeted industries.
  • Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement outreach campaigns to connect with prospects, including personalized messages and connection requests.
  • Content Sharing & Creation: Share relevant and engaging content on LinkedIn to attract and retain the attention of potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent and value-driven communication.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze lead generation metrics to assess the effectiveness of your outreach strategies.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize outreach campaigns based on performance data and feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally on LinkedIn, maintaining the integrity of our brand and values.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance and progress toward goals.
  • Knowledge of using different LinkedIn automation tools is a must.
Qualification:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, specifically within IT augmentation services or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn best practices, algorithms, and outreach strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess lead generation performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and experience managing leads in a CRM is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
