Senior Manager | Operations

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Monitor and optimize the lending funnel to improve loan conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales, credit, and operations teams to ensure seamless workflows.
• Analyze trends with the BI team to forecast demand and design new programs for funnel strengthening.
• Maintain and monitor Management Information Systems (MIS) for all lending operations.
• Generate detailed reports to track performance metrics and identify bottlenecks.
• Oversee loan login operations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Manage post-disbursal loan processes, including RC transfers, kit signing, and insurance documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for escalations, resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Graduate from NIT/IIT or Tier-1 colleges with 5+ years of experience (preferably in fintech/NBFC).
• Proven experience in program/project management and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of NBFCs, loan lifecycle, and project tools like Basecamp/MS Project.
• Team handling skills
