Job Description
- . Digital Transformation Initiatives. Lead and support digital transformation projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.
- Supply Chain Analytics. Collect, analyze, and report supply chain metrics on a regular basis.
- Develop and maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards to provide insights into supply chain performance.
- Support strategic sourcing teams with data analytics and reporting for specific metrics and projects.
- Utilize automation and analytics tools to enhance reporting and drive productivity.
- Project Management. Manage portfolio initiatives and drive execution of digital transformation projects.
- Coordinate with various Carrier sites and teams (Sourcing, Engineering, Quality) to capture requirements and drive actions.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines.
- Requirements. Master's/Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing industries with exposure to project management and business reporting.
- Power BI certification (preferred).
- Understanding of ERP systems like SAP/Oracle.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work in a global environment with stakeholders in different regions.
- High learning agility and attention to detail.
