Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description:

• High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain process (e.g. Procurement, Inventory, Order management, etc.)
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of SQL (or any query language)
• Handling queries regarding contract price, Invoice / PO Mismatch
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of excel, Access. Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data, and capability of determining the interrelationship of input and output data.
• Experienced in conducting analysis and providing solutions.
• Item Master Cleansing, Product enrichment, UNSPSC coding.
• Understanding the packaging information like Unit of Measure, quantities.
• Vendor and Manufacture name standardization and Normalization.
• Knowledge on Medical, Surgical and Laboratory products

Minimum Criteria:

• Required Qualifications: 1-6 years experience (Preferably US healthcare)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SQL
• Any graduate with experience in SCM (Preferably Life Science)
• Good to have knowledge of database applications (it is not a must)
• Good to have ERP experience (Preferable Lawson)
