About the role:

We are seeking a Project Manager with International exposure to handle the customers across US region and manage multiple projects in the domain of BMS (Building Management System)/IBMS/Energy Management (related to Buildings) Domain.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manages scope, resources and timeframes effectively to meet client expectations
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Minimizes exposure and risk on project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, up-to date and stored appropriately.
• Manages day-to-day client interaction, communicate effectively, identify needs and evaluate appropriate solutions.
• Develop lasting relationship with customers to manage their expectations and achieve high Customer Satisfaction on ongoing basis. Act as first point of contact and minimize escalations to next level
• Facilitates internal project team and client meetings effectively.
• Holds regular status meetings with project team.
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors and respective stakeholders.
• Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner.
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

Role Purpose:

• will play a pivotal role in managing projects in Energy management (related to Buildings) domain working with various stakeholder across geographies
• work on futuristic IoT based projects helping customers to reduce their energy spend, improve asset health and efficiency.
• work with latest tools and technologies

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering - Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics/etc

• Over all 8 to 10 years' experience with relevant 4 to 5 years as project manager.

• Project Management experience working in multi team environment
• Experience of working with customers/ stakeholders in different geographical location
• Experience on working in Energy / Building Management Systems domain (Preferred Exp)
• Experience of working in System integration projects related to BMS systems (Preferred Exp)
