Role & responsibilities:

• Preparation of Sales Plan, developing customer network, building & managing relationship with End Customers / Consultant and Partners in respective segment to ensure achievement of Sales Targets.
• Act as intermediaries between Client RFP and Design engineers. Responsible for developing System BOQ. Focused on driving a continuous improvement culture that eliminates re-work, provides cost savings design, and drives increased system reliability.
• Continuous effective search of sales leads (opportunities) and prospects.
• Attends regular one-on-one review with team leader to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account and activity performance.
• Maintains and discuss accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports monthly basis.
• Familiarity of relevant codes & standards, as well as international codes.
• Flair for Design Co-ordination with client, internal departments, consultants, vendors to achieve goals using proven communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work with diverse team of professionals.
• Candidate shall be passionate, self -driven and team player. Adaptability-Create/share/adapt good practices, open to feedback, dealing with complexity & ambiguity.

Education:

• BE/B.Tech in Electronics/ Telecommunication /Industrial Automation or Instrumentation
• MBA in Marketing would be an advantage.

Working Experience:

At least 5 to 10 years in IBMS/ELV/IOT Sales.
