I am hiring for Oracle Database Administrator Level 3 at Aurionpro Solutions and job location is Navi Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities

1. Database Administration:
• Install, configure, and manage Oracle databases (including RAC and ASM).
• Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations across environments.
2. High Availability and Disaster Recovery:
• Configure and manage Oracle RAC for clustering and high availability.
• Set up and maintain Oracle Data Guard (ODG) and Active Data Guard (ADG) for disaster recovery.
• Monitor and test failover mechanisms to ensure readiness.
3. Performance Tuning:
• Perform advanced tuning for Oracle databases, including SQL query optimization and resource management.
• Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks at the database and application levels.
4. Backup and Recovery:
• Implement and maintain robust backup strategies using RMAN.
• Ensure data integrity and availability through regular testing of recovery procedures.
5. Security and Compliance:
• Implement database security policies, including access controls and encryption.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
6. Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
• Proactively monitor database health, storage usage, and performance using tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager.
• Provide L3-level support for complex incidents and root cause analysis.
7. Documentation and Collaboration:
• Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in:
• Oracle RAC configuration and management.
• ASM setup and optimization.
• Oracle Data Guard (ODG) and Active Data Guard (ADG) setup and management.
• RMAN for backup and recovery.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle performance tuning techniques.
• Proficiency in database scripting (PL/SQL, Shell scripting).
• Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Unix).
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager and other monitoring tools.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Oracle Database.
• Oracle Certified Expert RAC and Grid Infrastructure Administration.
