Sr Executive- Brewing & Process

Key Decision Making in this Role:

• Brewing and Filtration Planning
• Blending of the Tanks based on General Analysis and Taste Evaluation
• Shift Schedule Planning
• Planning for new yeast propagation
• To supervise, facilitate and provide guidance and direction to Brewing team members across the shifts in the brewing department.
• To ensure the SOP implementation and all the relevant parameters to be in specifications.
• To ensure the raw material usage is as per specification and budget.
• To reduce down time and BH Extract & Process beer loss.
• To prepare and send daily and monthly reports of brewing
• Ensure CIPs/Cleaning/Sterilization Brewing Vessels & Lines are carried out as per schedule.
• To plan and carry out the new yeast culture propagation.
• To participate in the planning and execution of maintenance, brewing activities with the manager Brewing and to achieve committed volumes within quality specifications
• Tracking of Electricity, Coal and water per hL of beer.
• Maintaining FIFO for all brewing raw materials.
• Updating State Excise Records
• Make the team members aware of the need of safety & house keeping & to try and reduce the accidents to the minimum and prevent their recurrence.
• Immediate feedback on any process deviation to Manager- Brewing
• Continuous improvement on identified key parameters, variable & fixed costs as agreed on KPI’s.
• Measure process performance and variable usage. Together with appropriate action plans necessary to correct below standard situations. Measured and report on a monthly basis.Role & responsibilities
