Executive & Sr Executive - Process Delivery

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE WORKED IN A SHIPPING LINE COMPANIES

We are hiring Exe & Sr Exe for a reputed shipping line company in Chennai. Its a world 3rd largest shipping line. Selected candidates would work in various shipping line processes.

ITS A DAY SHIFT JOB ( MON - FRI ) WORKING

Role & responsibilities

• Should follow KPI guidelines
• Candidates who have worked in a container line company would have an advantage as they would know how the process works
• Should have performed documentation of MBL and HBL
• Proactive and self-motivated, capable of performing root cause analysis to resolve the issues independently in a process.
• Should understand the logic in a process and should learn and execute end to end process
• Develop and maintain processes for collecting, storing, and managing operational data.
• Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish data-driven goals. Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to ensure accuracy and consistency

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or any related discipline from a reputable institution. Should be a self-driven personality
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - MANDATORY
• Experience in Shipping & Logistics A MUST
• Good knowledge on MS office (Excel)
• Knowledge on PowerBI will be added advantage
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
