Export Executive

JD For Export Documentation Executive:

• End-to-End Export Documentation:
• Prepare and manage all export-related documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, export declarations, and other required documentation.
• Ensure that all documentation complies with international trade regulations, export laws, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee the preparation of customs clearance documents and export licenses, if required.
  
  
• Coordination with CHA and Freight Forwarders:
  
  
• Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) and freight forwarders to ensure smooth coordination of export shipments.
• Ensure the CHA and freight forwarders are provided with the required documents on time to avoid delays in shipments.
• Arranging freight transport, negotiating freight rates and taxes, and reviewing Bills of Lading
  
  
• Export Compliance:
  
  
• Ensure all export documentation is in line with government and international regulations, including customs requirements, tax codes, and any trade restrictions.
• Handle export documentation filing and ensure the documentation is accurately archived for future reference or audits.
  
  
• Customer Coordination:
  
  
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to confirm shipping details, required documents, and expected delivery timelines.
• Address any queries or issues raised by customers regarding export documentation, shipping status, or customs clearance.

• Proven experience in import and export operations
• Knowledge of customs regulations and requirements
• Knowledge of import and export regulations
• Experience with customs documentation and procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar software
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field will be a added advantage.
