Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team, boasting a vibrant community of over 700K followers, where your role is pivotal in redefining our digital narrative. You will be responsible for creating engaging, high-impact content and developing striking creatives across key social platforms, with a primary emphasis on LinkedIn, and supportive initiatives on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. As a key member of the founder's office, you will work directly with the CEO, influencing strategic decisions that drive employer branding, attract top-tier talent and clients, and elevate our flagship CareerTalks program.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Social Media Leadership:

- Develop and execute innovative organic social media strategies with a laser focus on LinkedIn to bolster thought leadership and brand presence.

- Drive creative campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging that enhances engagement and audience growth.

Content Creation & Creative Design:

- Spearhead the production of compelling visual and written content tailored for social media, utilizing tools like Canva to design high-quality creatives.

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure every piece aligns with our brand's voice and strategic objectives.

Employer Branding & Community Engagement:

- Elevate our reputation as an employer of choice through impactful storytelling and engaging content that highlights our unique culture and career opportunities.

- Build and nurture an active online community that resonates with both potential candidates and clients, driving authentic interactions and long-term engagement.

Client & Talent Acquisition:

- Leverage organic social media initiatives to generate quality leads and attract high-caliber talent.

- Implement data-driven campaigns that seamlessly connect digital engagement with tangible business growth.

Executive Collaboration & Strategic Insight:

- Work closely with the CEO and the founder's office to contribute to overarching business strategies and digital transformation initiatives.

- Utilize social analytics to provide actionable insights and continuous improvements to our digital campaigns.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in content creation and social media management.

- Demonstrated success in executing high-impact campaigns on LinkedIn, with a clear understanding of organic growth strategies.

- Proficiency in Canva and other creative design tools is essential.

- A creative, data-driven strategist with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
