Senior Manager - Growth - Internet/Online (6-7 yrs)

Growth Role

You are responsible for:

- Plan for the right growth numbers across Business Units and channels which would serve as input for relevant stakeholders

- Drive requirements across the platform teams to develop streams that drive growth for the portfolio (discovery, monetization etc.)

- Align the plan for the portfolio through multiple analytical approaches

- Work with monetization teams to incrementally solve for the portfolio of brands

- Work in ambiguity and come up with a framework/SOP on planning, marketplace actions, driving traffic, ads revenue, GMV and customer growth for the portfolio

- Liaison between all key stakeholders (central DP, BU POCs, Marketing, monetization PBO) & ensure seamless workflow.

You should have:

- 6-7 years of e-commerce experience in Business development/Growth charters

- Hands on experience in analytics tools, SQL, MS-Excel

- Very strong analytical skills & approach

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to express thoughts logically & succinctly

- Strong program management skills
