Job Title : SAP Analyst (WM/EWM)

About the Role :

We are looking for a LEX SAP Business Systems Analyst (WM/EWM) to support its global organization. This role will collaborate with internal teams and consultants worldwide to design, configure, document, and implement SAP warehouse and logistics processes. Reporting to the Logistics Execution (LEX) workstream, the analyst will work closely with OTC, PTM, and PTP teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse management and logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure SAP WM/EWM for warehouse and logistics execution.

- Integrate SAP WM/EWM with third-party systems, including CRM, TMS, 3PL systems, SAP PI, and FTP.

- Lead warehouse process optimization, including inbound/outbound logistics, order fulfillment, 3PL integrations, RF devices, hazardous goods management, and temperature-controlled product handling.

- Document system configurations, processes, WRICEF's, SOPs, and training materials.

- Collaborate with global teams, external consultants, and IT partners to ensure effective system rollouts.

- Support operational readiness, end-user training, and production cutovers.

Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP WM/EWM configuration and integration.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience with SAP EWM, TM, GTS, and EH&S is a plus.

- Strong expertise in warehouse design, process optimization, and SAP integrations.

- Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies.

- Ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.

- Experience in Life Sciences or Clinical Diagnostics is a plus.

- International business experience or multilingual skills are advantageous.
