ERP Business Architect - SAP TM Module (10-18 yrs)

Your Role :

As an SAP Transportation Management - SAP TM Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing, and configuring SAP TM systems to support Life Sciences Distribution business processes.

You will leverage your understanding of business needs and the SAP ecosystem to deliver impactful solutions.

Strong communication skills in English, with an ability to understand and convey requirements clearly, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities include :

- Partner with the Business Process Owner in the LS Sustain & Enhance Organization to define and align on SAP Transportation Management business process requirements and objectives.

- Design and maintain efficient business processes and implement the transportation network data (business architecture) within SAP TM.

- Provide expert SAP TM consultation for rollouts, support, and implementation projects, including the preparation of requirement specifications, test plans, and execution.

- Oversee business process management, driving continuous improvements across the process landscape.

- Prioritize and manage process and data changes in alignment with business needs.

- Analyze and extract meaningful data insights, supporting decision-making with actionable conclusions.

- Work closely with technical subject matter experts to ensure seamless integration of process, data, and IT solutions.

- Oversee the execution of test cycles and provide support to the business during testing phases.

- Support Go Live activities and provide post-implementation Hypercare assistance for SAP TM

Who You Are :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, IT, or engineering (or equivalent degree).

- At least 3+ years of experience in transportation and distribution operations, with a strong focus on IT and systems implementation.

- Proven experience with full-lifecycle SAP TM implementations, particularly in regional or central distribution environments.

- Knowledge on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and its integration with SAP TM is a plus.

- Experience in full lifecycle development with an emphasis on incremental, iterative development and

deployment.

- Proficiency in SAP system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support.

- Familiar with project management office tasks, including coordination, planning, and moderation.

- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, manage timelines, expectations, and deliver high-quality results.

- Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to establish credibility with internal teams, customers, and partners.
