Plant Head - Technical Formulation - Pharma (25-30 yrs)

- Lead Plant Operations strategically , ensuring quality compliance, cost optimization, lead technology transfer to successful scale up, ensure regulatory compliance, and should be well versed with USFDA and EMA guidelines.

- Excellent overall experience in solid oral dosage forms.

- Candidates should have excellent project management skills and proven ability in managing conflicts, team handling and focused approach towards delivery timelines.

- Should be able to understand implications of changes in regulatory requirements and execute accordingly.

- Should be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

- Proven track record of leadership in handling plant in total.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH).

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent leadership skills along with communication and interpersonal skills.
