About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (SAP WM/EWM) to support its global operations. This role will focus on designing, configuring, documenting, and implementing warehouse and logistics functionalities in SAP. You will collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to optimize warehouse management processes, integrations, and system efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP WM/EWM solutions for warehouse and logistics operations.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (OTC, PTM, PTP) to ensure seamless integrations.

- Manage 3PL integrations and enhance shipping and warehouse documentation processes.

- Optimize inventory management, order fulfillment, and temperature-controlled product handling.

- Support operational readiness, conduct user training, and oversee system cutovers.

- Ensure compliance with hazardous goods regulations (EH&S knowledge is a plus).

- Drive automation by implementing RPA & Machine Learning technologies.

What You Bring :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP WM/EWM configuration and third-party system integrations.

- Strong expertise in TMS Integration (SAP TM, GTS, EHS) and warehouse automation.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple stakeholders.

- SAP Certifications (EWM, TM, EH&S) are a plus.

- Experience in Life Sciences or Clinical Diagnostics is advantageous.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and global business process transformations.
