Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and intelligent fresher or a professional with up to 1 year of experience to join our team as a Business Development & Customer Success Associate. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about building relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strategic mindset to support both business development and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Business Development:

• Identify and research potential business opportunities and partnerships.
• Assist in lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Work closely with senior business development executives to drive sales and growth strategies.

✔️ Customer Success & Engagement:

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Support customer onboarding and provide guidance on our products/services.
• Address and resolve customer queries, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

✔️ Market Research & Strategy:

• Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to identify market trends.
• Gather insights and feedback from customers to improve products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Education: MBA preferred or equivalent background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

✅ Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Success.

✅ Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (must be fluent in English).
• Ability to analyse data, think strategically, and solve problems proactively.
