Job Summary:

• Researching prospective clients in targeted markets, pursuing leads and

facilitating successful alliances

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Collaborating with design and sales teams to develop products and services.

• Developing a strong understanding of a company's products and services

• Developing innovative ideas to expand the profitability of a business

• Attending meetings and conferences to build business strategies

• Training a team to strengthen their skills and improve the capabilities of the

workforce

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales

targets.

• Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as

needed.

Skills and qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with preference for candidates with a

Chemical or petrochemical background.

• Sales & Marketing Skills: Strong knowledge of B2B sales with ability to develop

lasting client relationships of industrial consumables product.

• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of powder coating/Industrial Paint products.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication

skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in CRM Software: Comfortable logging daily activities and tracking

progress in CRM tools.

• Customer handing: OEM in Automotive, Electrical, Appliances, Agriculture &

Architecture.

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related

field.
