Job Description : Java Team Lead

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java Spring Boot and SQL.

- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions effectively.

- Lead and mentor a small team of developers, fostering a positive and productive environment.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high coding standards.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficiency in Java Spring Boot for backend development.

- Working experience with Angular for frontend tasks.

- Strong knowledge of SQL for database interactions.

- Expertise in code reviews and maintaining coding standards.

- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.

Desired Experience :
