Java Lead Developer - Spring Boot/Hibernate (7-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, along with a strong background in cloud services, database management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling large-scale, complex systems and a passion for mentoring and leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the development of Java-based applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

- Work extensively with both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) with proficiency in data partitioning and sharding.

- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS Cloud, utilizing services like EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and Lambda.

- Implement large-scale logging solutions using ELK stack or CloudWatch Logs.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices, design patterns, and development standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

- Troubleshoot and debug large, complex systems, identifying performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

- Work with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.

- Design and implement microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

- Ensure the smooth integration of CI/CD pipelines and adopt best DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate development.

- Strong expertise in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) databases.

- Deep knowledge of AWS Cloud Services, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing applications using EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and Lambda.

- Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and handling large-scale, complex projects.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
