Job Description:

- Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Optional.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee transfer pricing matters, including planning, compliance, and documentation.

- Provide advisory services on international taxation and transfer pricing regulations.

- Work on global transfer pricing strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Conduct benchmarking studies and financial analysis to determine arm's length pricing.

- Liaise with tax authorities and handle transfer pricing audits and assessments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and finance, to optimize tax structures.

- Monitor changes in tax regulations and update policies accordingly.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience of 5-10 years in transfer pricing, preferably within a Big4 firm.

- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate complex tax concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

- Proficiency in English - both verbal and written communication.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- High level of attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with handling cross-border taxation matters.

- Proficiency in using tax research tools and databases.

- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and provide strategic insights.
