Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Personally meet with top management (Directors, Partners, and Senior Professionals) to understand their unique hiring needs, ensuring confidentiality and trust in the process.
- Conduct confidential, face-to-face discussions to explain client requirements, understand their roles, and align potential candidates with the organization's culture and goals.
- Collaborate closely with clients to offer tailored recruitment solutions, maintaining a professional and confidential approach throughout the process.
Delivery Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, ensuring the timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Ensure that all recruitment efforts meet client expectations while focusing on the right professional and cultural fit.
- Monitor key performance metrics, continuously improving service delivery to exceed client goals.
Requirements:
- Handling confidential client relationships.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level professionals and understand their specific needs.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and exceeding client expectations.
