Business Head - eCommerce (15-25 yrs)

Position name: Business Head

Role Summary:

This role provides an exciting opportunity for an enterprising individual to take end-to-end responsibility of driving growth in the D2C "Custom Covers & Tarps" OR "Custom Signage's & Displays" business verticals of the organisation, with an opportunity to profitability scale this vertical at least 2x

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive profitable growth

- Category research on the size of the opportunity and competitive analysis

- Oversee all aspects of e-commerce including Technology, product, category, cataloguing, marketing, and supply-chain

- Liaise with various stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.

- Manage the P&L, create the forecasted target and annual operating plan for the year

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams

- Hire and manage the team that will contribute towards the business growth

- Design/refine SOP's and Processes required at every level to support the business growth what we require.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

- Total 15+ years of experience with an experience in driving a demonstrable growth in E -Commerce companies.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in managing P&L, business development, strategic planning, and project management.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Technical Skills:

- The candidate needs to have very good understanding of all aspects of e-commerce including Technology, product, category, cataloguing, marketing, and supply-chain
