Role & responsibilities

• Manpower planning as per the requirement received from the stake holders.
• End to End management of Recruitment process till on-boarding of candidate and adherence to timelines
• Managing the Source Mix
• Manage all transfer and relocation of employees to process transfer order.
• Employee confirmations for all eligible staff are processed within time.
• Conduct exit interviews for resigned staff and retention.
• Employee grievance are attended and resolved.
• Ensure all branches are complaint as per statutory regulation requirements.
• Manage the BGV process for all the employees.
• Branch visits, upward feedbacks, employee satisfaction survey and one-on-one sessions.
• Conduct Skip level meet, Open house session, New-joiner meet.
• Conduct and deliver HR induction to all new joiners on policies and systems.
