Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Software Engineer at Care Health Insurance's Gurgaon location. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with software development, including back-end web development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP). The role will involve collaborating with a team of software engineers to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Computer Science and Software Development
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development
• Experience in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Ability to effectively collaborate with a team of software engineers
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
