Role Overview:

As the Customer Relationship Manager at Care.fi, you will be the primary point of contact for patients enrolling in our platform, playing a crucial role in managing relationships with patients,

hospitals, and hospitals staff.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage

multiple stakeholders across various levels. Experience in insurance systems and claims management within India will be a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end claim journey for both cashless and RAC processes
  • Handle claim submissions and ensure timely query resolution
  • Work efficiently with basic Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting

Skills required:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Cashless processing, patient counseling
  • Strong understanding of the cashless and RAC claim process
  • Hands-on experience in claims processing and troubleshooting queries
  • Proficiency in basic Excel (e.g., data entry, filtering, sorting)
