Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Assistant Manager Ad Operations who will be responsible for managing ad campaigns, digital inventory, and data-driven performance optimization. The role requires strong expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM), ad-serving platforms, and data analysis. Candidates with experience in campaign execution, audience insights, and digital advertising solutions are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad Campaign Management: Execute and optimize digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Inventory & Monetization: Work with Google Ad Manager (GAM), DFP, DV 360, DSPs, and SSPs to maximize ad revenue and optimize performance.
• Client & Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance metrics, audience behavior, and digital marketing KPIs to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Process & Revenue Optimization: Ensure smooth ad delivery, troubleshoot campaign performance issues, and improve overall operational workflow.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Google Ad Manager (GAM): Hands-on experience in ad serving and campaign management.
Digital Advertising Platforms: Knowledge of DFP, DV 360, Ad Servers, DSPs, and SSPs.
Data Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking & audience insights.
MS Excel & Reporting: Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), Google Sheets, and PowerPoint for data reporting and optimization.
Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent verbal & written communication skills to handle internal teams and external stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital advertising trends and the automobile market is a plus.

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelors degree, MBA, or equivalent field.
📊 2-5 years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or data analytics within the digital media industry.
