Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead the Personal Loan segment for our NBFC vertical in the Mumbai region. The ASM will be responsible for managing a team and driving business through Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in personal loan sales, team management, and DSA handling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Managers to achieve personal loan sales targets.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
2. DSA Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage a network of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to drive personal loan sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure consistent and quality lead generation.
- Ensure that DSAs adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and grow the personal loan portfolio in the assigned area.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective cross-selling of related financial products.
4. Target Achievement:
- Drive the team and DSAs to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring timely adjustments to meet targets.
5. Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager, providing insights on sales performance and forecasts.
