Greetings for the Day!

Currently we have Openings for " Work from Home Mode." Initially for first week you will be placed in our office then it will be remote.

Designation: IT Recruiter & Non IT Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

1. Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like internal database, job portals, Existing candidates relationships & referrals along with various other sourcing techniques to fill the positions.
2. Working closely with the hiring managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, Salary, Timing, Expectations etc).
3. Screening, Shortlisting candidates sourced through portal (Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn etc) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
4. End to End Recruitment from analyzing job requirements, sourcing, screening, and scheduling Interviews.
5. Maintaining daily / weekly / monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & Feedback reports.
6. Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skills.
7. Candidate Residence Should have good network of WIFI, we will be providing Laptop with portals and Simcard

Preferred candidate profile

1. Female Candidate only.
2. Should have Good Communication Skills and fast learner
3. Graduation Required
4. Should be from Thane city, Kalyan, Dombivli to badlapur, Mulund to Ghatkopar and Navi Mumbai.
5. Able to come for Monthly Review.
6. Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( 09:30 am to 06:30 pm )

Perks and benefits

12,500 to 18,500 per month + Monthly Incentives + yearly bonus
