It Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills to attract top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, company websites, and social media channels.
• Source potential candidates using online platforms, networking events, and referrals.

Candidate Screening and Evaluation:

• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist in evaluating candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Recruitment Process Management:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the recruitment pipeline and status.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for successful candidates.
