CaptiveAide Advisory - Project Manager - P&C Insurance Domain (10-15 yrs)

We CaptiveAide Advisory, are a cross border strategic consulting firm with clients in USA, EMEA & APAC. Currently we are hiring for a US based client specialised in the P&C insurance domain. It's a no-code platform based company.

We are seeking experienced and dynamic candidates for Program Manager with at least 10 years of experience in project / program management with at least 5 years in the P&C Insurance domain.

In Summary:

- 10+ years of industry experience out of which 5 years in the P&C Insurance domain.

- Strong project management skills across planning, estimation, tracking, risk management, and reporting

- Experience in managing projects in the Insurance domain is essential

- Should have experience in working with stakeholders and defining KPI's and metrics, and reporting project performances

- Should manage multiple simultaneous projects across different customers

- Identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies

- Should have good hands on experience with project management software, preferably Microsoft Project and Excel

- Track project budget and costs, and report variances

- Manage, track and report resource allocation across projects

- Excellent communication skills with proven industry experience of working across different cultures, especially with European teams

Highly desirable to have experience of managing no-code/low-code project implementations

Requirement:

- Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

- Strong business acumen in project planning and management

- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

- Notice period should not be more than 30 days.
