Job Description :

- Experienced techno-functional profile in the MDG area, with proven capacity of providing architectural guidance and best practices for MDG implementations.

- Design, develop, and implement custom ABAP solutions within the SAP MDG framework.

- Create and manage complex workflows to support master data processes.

- Provide technical leadership within the team.

- Deep technical understanding and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom ABAP solutions within the SAP MDG framework.

- Architect, configure, and manage complex workflows that support master data management processes.

- Lead and provide technical leadership within the team, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to best practices.

- Drive the delivery of SAP MDG solutions by offering strategic guidance on both functional and technical aspects.

- Support the integration of SAP Fiori/UI5 with SAP MDG (preferred but not mandatory).

- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members, helping them solve complex technical issues.

- Maintain a deep technical understanding of SAP MDG and continuously apply it to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills And Experience :

- At least 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MDG.

- Proven expertise in designing and developing custom solutions in the SAP MDG landscape.

- Strong understanding of complex workflows and master data processes.

- Demonstrated ability to lead a technical team and provide mentorship.

- SAP Fiori/UI5 knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.

- Ability to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions with minimal supervision.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
