Detailed Job Description:

- Proven ability to interact with customers to define implementation strategies, business requirements, and solution design related to SAP processes and digital transformation initiatives.

- Extensive experience in all phases of project life cycle, including Gap Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Creation of Functional Specifications, Testing (Unit/Integration/User Acceptance), Conducting User Trainings, Cutover, Go-Live support, and Post-Go-Live defect resolution.

- Deep understanding of business processes within high-volume industries utilizing SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).

- Hands-on expertise in configuring SAP BRIM systems, including country-specific localization, BRIM CI FICA, FICA events, and complex business rules using BRF+ (Business Rule Framework) for collections.

- Proficiency in Dunning management, designing collection strategies, and implementing comprehensive business rules in BRF+ following SAP best practices.

- Experience with collection work items generation, promise to pay, and managing collection activities within FICA.

- Design and implementation of organizational structures for Collections Management, integration of FICA with Dispute Management, Creditworthiness Management, and Doubtful & Individual Value Adjustment RTH-Y
