Urgent Requirement | Onboarding & BGV Executive | Capri Loans

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Executive to design, implement, and oversee our company's employee onboarding programs. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent, engaging, and effective onboarding experience for all new hires across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for all employee levels, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials, documentation, and training resources
• Coordinate with multiple departments (HR, IT, Facilities, etc.) to ensure all necessary resources are prepared for new hires
• Create and manage orientation schedules, including training sessions, meet-and-greets, and department introductions
• Track onboarding metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the onboarding process
• Oversee the preparation and processing of new hire documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during their onboarding period
• Develop and maintain relationships with department heads to understand specific onboarding needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR with focus on employee onboarding and orientation
