Job Summary :

As a Product Manager at Finxer Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will lead the development and enhancement of our flagship app, CAPITAL NOW. You will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of new features and products that enhance our digital lending offerings and user experience. This role requires a deep understanding of fintech products, user-centric design, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product roadmap for CAPITAL NOW, focusing on digital personal loans, additional lendtech and digi-products .

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality products.

- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and improvements.

- Develop detailed product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and optimal user experience.

- Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product features.

- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or digital lending.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.

- Strong understanding of mobile app development and web technologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.

- Experience with Loan Management Systems and fintech regulatory environments.

- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
