Subject matter experts in Marketing and Comms provide business stakeholders with specialized advice on their subjects, and act as an advisor leveraging on a specific MC expertise. Shehe.is a person with unique knowledge and expertise on a specific subject or in a particular industry ex digital marketing, internal comms, telecom, etc.

About The Role ::

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admins Specialist) are a plus.

Strong understanding of Salesforce, lead management, and CRM processes.

Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.

Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Salesforce in a business environment.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Primary Skills:

5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot).

Salesforce

Secondary Skills:

Evaluate custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
