  Your role 

Guide clients on their Finance transformation and ERP strategy including but not limited to i. Ambition setting ii. Maturity assessment iii. Operational improvement (process, technology, organization) iv. Recommend digital tools and solutions v. Target operating model vi. SSC design

Develop the case-for-change, including a business case, that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise transformations of the digital core

Optimize functional performance across organization, process & technology

Design and transition clients to new operating models

Shape- and stand-up Transformation Offices that can serve as a control tower over multiple programs.

6. Lead and manage cross functional teams located locally and virtually 7. Identify and develop opportunities at clients to enhance Capgeminis value offer

 Your Profile 
10+ years of Consulting experience in Finance transformation, ERP Consulting, process consulting & re-engineering, target operating models and business case development
Experience in Finance transformation projects which will include current state assessments, GAP analysis, Maturity assessment, Vendor Evaluation, Chart of Accounts redesign and rationalization, creating Transformation roadmap and partner in the implementation of multiple solutions
ERP experience In depth experience in core SAP S/4 enterprise functions with at least 1 S4HANA end-to-end implementation experience.
End to End knowledge of Record to Report process, including intercompany, Consolidation
Good to have - Experience and/or Knowledge in applications like Blackline, OneStream
Experience of Owning Project delivery/Work streams from Workshop to CXO presentations
Planning, organization, and resource management
Excellent communication, client management and negotiation skills.
Exposure to consulting assets, methodologies, points-of-view, research or white papers, marketing collaterals etc.
Demonstrated passion for innovation and use of Digital Core technologies(e.g., SAP and/or Oracle) to solve business issue
