Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor reconciliation.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors through various payment methods (ACH, Wire Transfer).
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for procurement of goods and services.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in ERP system (SAP) and perform regular reconciliations as needed.
  
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related field (PTP).
  
• Strong understanding of PTP cycle from procurement to payment.
  
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Night shifts are MANDATORY for this role .
