• 3- 4 years of SAP experience in implementation / support / rollout projects.
• Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge.
• Understanding of project implementation methodologies & ITIL processes."

• Work on support engagement and manage priority based tickets, knowledge of SLAs, and playing vital role in identifying RCA.
• Contribute to competency and work on PoC/PoV's
• Co-ordinate with technical team on custom objects.

• Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing / lead role"
