Case management, Integration (REST/SOAP), Activities, Data transform, Datapages, report definitions, Agents, Configuring Urls and DB connection, SLAs, Expection handling and other Debugging skills

Should have good Communication skill and Experience in managing client calls.

Strong solution Architect experience in Pega.

Experience with estimation

Pega BPM:Experience with BPM implementation methodology like Smart BPM, Scrum and onshore-offshore mode

PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC)

CSA/CSSA Certified
