Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

9-12 years of expertise in SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM).

• Hands-on experience in Greenfield implementations of SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing SAP Cloud ALM and Solution Manager tools.
• Strong understanding of transport management processes and system integrations

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Cloud ALM:

• Configure and implement SAP Cloud ALM for project management, business process monitoring, and analytics.
• Provide support for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects leveraging Cloud ALM capabilities.
• Develop tailored dashboards, alerts, and reporting for effective system monitoring.

SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM):

• Design, configure, and manage Change Request Management (ChaRM) processes.
• Ensure smooth execution of transport management in SAP landscapes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and govern change and release processes effectively.
