Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including cash allocation, dispute management, and collections.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders from placement to fulfillment.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize order-to-cash cycles.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
  
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Applications, Dispute Management, and Cash Allocation concepts.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
