Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Implement IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design and develop workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
• Perform system administration tasks, including user and group management, roles, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with expertise in ITSM, ITAM, or ITOM.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and components.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with external systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
