Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with a focus on functional and integration architecture.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central and related HR functions.
• Integration: Strong experience in designing and implementing integrations using SAP SuccessFactors APIs and middleware tools.
• Data Migration: Proficiency in defining data migration strategies, including data mapping, cleansing, and volume management.
• Communication: Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Familiarity with RACI models, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
• Workshops: Ability to lead and contribute effectively to workshops in diverse environments.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central or related modules) are highly desirable.
