Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Possess a strong understanding of core HR modules within SuccessFactors, with a particular focus on Employee Central (EC).
- Proven ability to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Expertise in various testing methodologies, including Smoke Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Participate in all phases of the SAP SuccessFactors implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SuccessFactors configurations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Mandatory Skills :
- In-depth knowledge of core HR modules, with a strong emphasis on Employee Central (EC).
- Proven experience in writing detailed test cases and executing various testing methodologies.
Desired/ Secondary Skills :
- SAP HR : Experience with SAP HR modules is a plus.
- Project Management : Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
Industry Certifications : Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are preferred.
