Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including billing, cash applications, and dispute management.
  
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using OTC software tools.
  
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports on OTC performance metrics.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or similar role within IT Services & Consulting industry.
  
• Strong understanding of OTC concepts, including order processing, invoice creation, cash application, credit control, collections, and dispute management.
  
• Proficiency in using OTC software tools such as [insert specific tool names].
  
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
