Responsibilities
About The Role ::Solution Design:Lead the design and architecture of business process management (BPM) solutions using Bizagi platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.

Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and objectives. Translate requirements into technical specifications and design documents.

Process Modelling:Utilize Bizagi Modeler or similar tools to create detailed process models, including process flows, activities, decisions, and data elements.

System Configuration:Configure Bizagi platform components to implement designed solutions, including process automation, forms design, business rules, and integrations with external systems.

Custom Development:Develop custom components and extensions using Bizagi Studio or other development tools to meet specific business requirements not supported out-of-the-box.

Integration:Design and implement integrations between Bizagi and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party APIs, using standard integration methods and technologies.

Performance Optimization:Optimize the performance and scalability of Bizagi solutions through proper configuration, tuning, and architecture design best practices.

Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing and validation of Bizagi solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and adherence to business requirements. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues identified.

Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment procedures.

Training and Support:Provide training and support to project teams, developers, and end-users on Bizagi platform features, best practices, and usage guidelines.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Bizagi Architect or in a similar role, with hands-on experience designing and implementing BPM solutions using Bizagi platform.

In-depth knowledge of Bizagi platform features, capabilities, and architecture, including Bizagi Modeler, Studio, and Engine.

Strong understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and business process modeling best practices.

Proficiency in software development languages and technologies, such as Python, C#, .NET, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and web services.

Experience with enterprise integration patterns and technologies, such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, ESB, and message queues.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Project management experience and certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Bizagi certification(s) is desirable
