Job Description 

Active Directory, Windows Clusters, DNS, DHCP

Hands on experience on Windows 2008/2012/2012R2/2016 .

Provide 2nd and 3rd level of support regarding all Windows and client related issues.

Serve in a role of technical SME in Microsoft Windows server technology. Should have hands on in advanced Windows based infrastructure design and implementation.

Support of Windows Clusters; antivirus; Active Directory. Installing; configuring; testing; and maintaining operating systems; application software and system management tools, Group Policy Object Management including application packaging for remote installation and patching

Strong knowledge in AD/DNS in terms of administration and break-fix.

Execute monthly patch management research; reports; and implementation on systems.

Define an action plan for troubleshooting/resolution. PowerShell Scripting is added advantage.

Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.

Detailed documentation of time spent on service issues and projects. Excellent verbal skills.
